Purpose of the club :
The Annets club of RC Madras Midtown
will enable Annets to participate in all
the club programmes with greater
enthusiasm, thereby building an
everlasting bonding with the entire
Midtown family. It will create young
leaders who are sensitised to social
concerns and spread the message of
peace, education, health and happiness.
Proposed projects and activities
1. Club support
a. Conduct the monthly “Young achiever
recognition programme” meetings.
b. Support in conducting the
entertainment programmes during
fellowships, festivals, charter night.
2. Leadership development
a. Organise an overnight RYLA for RCMM
Annets
b. Conduct mini fund raising programmes
and manage the Midtown Foundation for
Children
c. Contribute to the Midtowner bulletin.
i. Write on “Legends Who Made Dreams
Real”. Two per edition
ii. Write on “Go green”. One snippet per
edition.
d. Conduct a mega talent contest for
students of Corporation BHSS during
Children’s day
3. Community support
a. Join the club for creating and
spreading awareness on global and social
concerns, especially for TB, road safety
and primary education
b. Support Inner Wheel members during
poor feeding at orphanages.

to Einstein Napoleon (Indian Under 19
cricket champion).
Nov 10: Young Achiever Recognition for
Ms. Shruthi Neelakantan, winner of
British Council’s Climate Change essay
competition
Nov 17: Young Achiever Award for three
TN State Board Class X Toppers, as part
of Children’s day celebration.
